When you do a 

Charitable deed 

Do not sound a 

Trumpet in the streets

Let your good deeds

Be for all men 

But do not seek 

Glory from men

Do not let your left hand know 

What your right hand is doing 

Even though no man sees or knows 

But God sees what you are doing 

The good deeds 

You have done secretly 

The Lord will 

Reward you openly

How have you spent 

The days that you've had?

How would you spend

Would each day 

Be lived for the Lord?

Bring Glory to God?

Blessings are coming 

Even when there is nothing 

Give thanks to the Lord in faith 

And you will see the Lord bring 

Abundance out of nothing 

God will surely provide

Pray for those who spitefully

What reward have you?

But if you love those who hate you 

And persecute you 

You shall be perfect 

Just as God your Father is perfect 

You shall be as sons 

When you love as God your Father wants

And do not turn away those

It's harder to trust that you'll stay afloat

Fear and lies will creep in and 

Snatch your trust in Christ 

So keep your eyes fixed on Christ 

And your trust fully in Christ 

So that you will stay afloat
