Supernaturally Fruitful Year

We enter a new year
With greater faith and hope
No longer shall we fear
We shall not cry or mope
For the past year
Challenging as it was
We have grown near
To our wonderful God
Our eyes have seen
His Mighty Hand
Our heads now lean
Upon His stand
His faithfulness
Has brought us through
His loving kindness
Has made our hearts full
With His Grace and Mercy
We take on His Truth
Supernaturally
We shall bear much fruit
His Wonderful Grace

O His wonderful Grace
Truly a gift to us
God has freely chosen to give
Though so undeserving of us
The day He chose to meet our need
Was long before we needed it
At the cross by His chosen Seed
There the great mission was complete
Nailed and struck to pay for our sins
The full punishment He took upon Himself
So we would not be drowned in sin
For only He was righteous and pure enough
Now we who believe
Need not ever perish
For we have received
Eternal life, His gift
So now let us all
Continue to cherish
Spread His love to all
So that none shall perish
Blossom for the Lord
And bring Him Glory
Obey His every Word
You'll live victoriously

The morning brings
Another day
For which my King
Has much to say
My spirit awakes
To the sound of His Voice

His directions and choice

Don't cling onto them for they'll choke you
Trace deep down to the bitter root
And cut it out before there are shoots
Face the hurts with the Lord's Truth
And by His Blood cleanse the root
Forgive them all and be merciful
The outcome will certainly be good

And you don't know what to do
Franticly searching for a way but
Still nothing is able to rescue
When you've come to a dead end
And you've no one to turn to
Won't you lift up your head and
Turn to the Lord to help you
Will you still go on
Minding your own way
Not heeding at all
What God has to say
Won't you let God be your guide
And lead you to a better life
Walking with Him by His side
Trusting His Word rather than lies
He is loving
And ever faithful
His words are true
And will protect you

Have you met
Such a just and righteous God
Who has set
A way to liberate all
From the depths of the pit
Which our souls were to sit
Doomed by all the sins
Which reside within
He gave us a choice
To trust and believe
Heeding His voice
We would receive
Forgiveness and life
Eternally sealed
By the chosen Christ
Love fully revealed
For God's Mercy and Grace
So greatly abounds
Full redemption was made
By giving His Son

To serve God
Be a walking carrier
Of His wonderful presence
Changing the atmosphere
Of those who need His presence
Bringing a stop
To their oppression

Be filled with doubts
It's hard to climb
When there are doubts
The steps will cease
Nothing will increase
There won't be peace
Until you release
From your thoughts
All the doubts
And bring faith up

And all your goals
Going to rust
But do not think that the Lord
Is keeping you from good things
The loving Hand of the Lord
Is sparing you from wrong things
The delay is not there
To hinder you
You will see that it's there
To protect you
The walls that surround
Will fall to the ground
When right timing is found
And you are safe and sound

And wickedness greatly abounds
Keep on doing the right thing
In the eyes of the Lord, your King
Do not at all compromise
In the face of adversities
Do not give in to the lies
That come from your enemies
Be steadfast and strong
Persevering on in faith
Praise the Lord in song
And obey all that He says

I recalled to the days gone by
When the pain was too much to bear
And no matter how much I cried
It seemed as if He did not care
I wondered which of His promises were true
For I did not seem to have any breakthrough
No matter how hard I tried and believed
Yet still the pain went on unrelieved
But now I know how shallow I was
Not knowing what the Lord had in mind
He kept the pain going for good cause
To make me grow and be more refined
