Smooth as silk

For growth won't surmount 

With just milk 

Move on from milk 

To solid food 

Do not remain as infants 

But grow into adulthood

Live by the Lord's Spirit 

And not by the world 

Let your foundation be 

Upon the Lord's Word

For the wisdom of the world 

Is foolishness in the Lord's sight 

The crafty think they are wise 

But their thoughts have no depth or height 

There is no other foundation

That can be considered solid 

Only Christ as your foundation
