A congested heart
Begins to fail
Release all your hurts
Let your life sail
A congested lung
Impedes breathing
Whatever's been sung
Joy it shall bring
A congested life
Filled with strife
Must be surrendered
To be fine
Congestion leads to
Suffocation
So get rid of all
Such distractions
Be content
In the Lord
To prevent
Getting sore
