Out of the Boat

When Peter
Got out of the boat
He didn't
Have a second thought
He walked
Towards Jesus
But stopped
When fear came on
When he saw
The boisterous wind
Instantly
Doubt came upon him
He began to sink
Fearing for his life
He would have made it
If he'd fix his eyes
Looking at Jesus
Instead of the sea
Trusting His power
Walking on the sea
Yet still his life
Was immensely changed
Compared to those
In the boat remained
