The Battle Won

The pain disappears
When soaked in Your joy
You wipe away the tears
And Your love we enjoy
Although we are pierced
By the sharpened spear
We have no need to fear
For You are with us here
The battle goes on
In the raging storm
Thousands of arms
Aimed at those wrong
Your chariots of fire
And angelic battalion
Have won the battle over
And Your Glory greatly risen
Our praises to You, our God
Roars out as a lion
We rejoice in Your victory
Won by Your great Lamb and Lion
