Whatever my portion be
I shall take it willingly
For how can I say no to Thee
Since You do not forsake me
No matter how bitter the cup
How can I not taste or drink
For You have made my life cleared up
From all filth and sin within
No matter how rough
The bumpy road may seem
You have made me tough
To overcome all extremes
