In His Love

When the heart
Was in pain
And the tears
Fell like rain

When the mind
Had no peace
And the soul
Without ease

I knelt
Before God
And dwelt
In His Love

With His Sword
And armour
I marched on
Much farther

Certainly Not!

When troubles come
To seek me
Shall I run or
Be worried?

Certainly not!
Shall be my answer
I trust in God's
Wisdom and power

When sorrows come
To seek me
Shall I live in
Misery?

Certainly not!
Shall be my answer
For in the Lord
I am a victor

Even So

When the waves
Come crashing in
And the winds
Stir up all things

When the thunders
Are too loud
And the scoffers
Are too proud

Even so
I trust the Lord
And go on
To wield His Sword

Letting nothing
Stand in the way
Of bringing lost souls and
All Glory to His Name

How Will You Run?

If you are heavy laden
How will you run?
If you are deeply saddened
How will you run?

If you are distracted
How will you run?
If you are so anxious
How will you run?

Do not be hindered
By the concerns of the world
Let faith be anchored
Upon the Lord's mighty Word

Run in full faith
To finish the race
It's not too late
Go in the Lord's Grace

In Faith Fully Sealed

Right time and place
In faith fully sealed
Whatever faced
Covered by God's shield

Right time and place
In faith fully sealed
By God's great Grace
There shall be much yield

Right time and place
In faith fully sealed
Finish the race
Obeying God's Will

No Matter How Tough

Whatever comes
No matter how tough
In God the Son
I place my full trust

Whatever comes
No matter how tough
The Lord shall give
Great peace in the heart

Whatever comes
No matter how tough
Comfort is found
In God's awesome love

Whatever comes
No matter how tough
The Lord's Grace is
Certainly enough

Believe

So many things
Come upon you
You cannot sing
They weary you

The bitter and sour
Aplenty they shower
The painful hours
As a dark cover

Nothing makes sense
No reason seems right
You become tense
Steps no longer light

Believe in your heart
Though you can't see
The victory starts
As faith comes in

Trust in the Lord
And you shall see
His Mighty Sword
Bring victory
