It's easier to trust God
When you're still in the boat
But when you step out of the boat in faith
It's harder to trust that you'll stay afloat
If you do not keep your eyes
Firmly fixed on Christ
Fear and lies will creep in and
Snatch your trust in Christ
So keep your eyes fixed on Christ
And your trust fully in Christ
So that you will stay afloat
When you've stepped out of the boat
