The Lord already knew you
Even before you were born
He had decided the path for you
Where you would know Him and become strong
All the things that come your way
Be it sorrowful or gay
The Lord God had brought to you
To make the best of your days
The winds may come against you
The storms may come to hit you
But God will be your mighty shield
And bring you through the barren fields
Into His magnificent kingdom
To be with Him in total freedom
From beginning to end
He has made a great plan
To show you His riches,
Glory and greatness
And shower you with Grace,
Mercy and goodness
All the days of your life
Because you are His child
His Spirit has sealed you from within
Because you really matter to Him
