I have a hope
That is true and lasting
For by the cross
I've life everlasting
Sin debt fully paid
By my Lord Jesus
That I may be saved
Fully forgiven
And to walk all my days
Together with Jesus
Trusting in His ways
His Word so precious
Directing me
Every step of the way
Protecting me
From harm in the night and day
I rejoice in my Lord
And am forever grateful
Daily I praise my Lord
For He's ever so faithful
