Although the outside 

Is loud and chaotic

But let the inside 

Be so quiet and still

Although the outside 

Is filled with much strife 

But let the inside 

Be peaceful in Christ 

Although the outside

Is falling apart 

But let the inside

Be secure and tough

Although the outside 

Is headed downwards

But let the inside 

Rise up in God's Word
