The hurts and pain
Come to surround
Nothing's the same
So many frown
The cries are louder
And laughter fainter
The nights are colder
And many shiver
Where is the hope
For better days?
Let it be soon
Before life fades
There is a Light
Brighter than day
Burdens made light
By His great Way
Embrace the Saviour
His Mercy is great
Step into the Light
Before it's too late
