The fight
Was rough
You were
Knocked down
But don't stay
On the ground
The enemy will try
To keep you down
Continue with the plight
Let joy abound
Get back up
On your feet
Don't give up
Keep at it
You will win
By God's Grace
So trust in Him
And run the race
