You have laboured for Christ 

And have not become weary 

You have followed His Light 

And sought His Grace and Mercy 

You have walked by faith

The firstborn of the dead 

Who is, who was, and who is to come

The ruler of the kings of the earth 

The King of kings 

The Lord of lords

The Beginning 

And He's the End 

The Cornerstone 

The builders rejected 

Immanuel

And the one Good Shepherd 

The Way, the Truth

And the Life 

The Son of God

Jesus Christ 

God's Hand Is There

And desert heat

Through death and wrongs 

And all things bleak 

Through pits and valleys 

And darkened nights 

I see God's Mercy

And His bright Light 

His Hand is there 

To lift and hold 

His Glory comes

Fully trusting in Your Ways

We steadfastly hold the faith 

Looking to complete the race 

In Your great Mercy and Grace

In Christ alone 

To Him we cast 

Our cares and storms

We lean upon 

His Mercy and Grace 

And we take on 

His strength for the race 

We bear the cross

Daily and completely 

We know the cost 

Is certainly worth it 

We have no doubt 

Of His power and love 

Risen from death 

And now seated above

The dark thick clouds 

Come to surround 

The thunders loud 

And the heart pounds 

But do not fear 

The Lord is near 

Hand Him the steer 

And rest in cheer 

Letting Him

In His hand

So in the Lord

Life eternal in 

The heavenly place

Even though the opposition is strong 

Even though everyone says you're wrong 

Even though the challenges are great 

Continue to walk narrow and straight 

Even though no one agrees with you 

Even though you are extremely tired 

Remember God's Word is always true 

Carry on in His Strength and Fire 

Even though the times are very slow 

Even though you face both drought and storm 

Trust in the Lord and fruits will grow 

Submit all things to His great Throne
