All the regrets and pain
Will only drag you down
There's nothing to gain
Harboring a tonne
Time will go by
Eventhough you sigh
It'll still go by
Eventhough you cry
There are things that do not last
No matter how hard you try
Don't be stuck in the past
Make the most of your life
Bring all the regrets and pain
To the foot of the Lord's cross
So that it won't be in vain
And there won't be any loss
Let the Lord show you how
To deal with things in the past
So you'll live in the now
All healed, renewed and refreshed
